As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), my counseling work is primarily with adults. I focus on issues related to:

COUNSELING
I am passionate about counseling because I believe it is a space where people can experience safety, acceptance, and encouragement to grow into the people they were designed by God to become. Counseling often serves as a foundational relationship to explore and try new ways of doing life, shedding old and dysfunctional habits in order to embrace healthier but often initially scarier ways of being.
My hope is to see clients take their new found skills, habits, and ways of being and implement them within their day-to-day relationships, creating a ripple effect of positive change and growth in their life and the lives around them.
SUPERVISION
In additional to counseling services, I also provide individual and group supervision for recent graduates with their LPCC, accruing hours toward their LPC. If you are interested in supervision services, please email me or use the form on the contact page.
REASONABLE BEST
I believe we often get caught in the "shoulds" and "musts" of life, thinking we have to be perfect or always be doing our "best." But, what if that's not the goal? What if there's a more reasonable standard that allows for balance, fulfillment, enjoyment, and peace?
Below is a 13 minute video originally I recorded for new student orientation at Denver Seminary. While this video is specific to the challenging time that is graduate school, many clients also find themselves in their own "crucible" season. And, that difficult season is what leads them to seek out counseling. I deeply believe that through our crucible seasons we can discover beauty, refinement, and the ability to step more fully into the person we were created to be. It is my privilege to walk with you through such seasons and help you discover the beauty that is being revealed in this hard time.
